Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
We offer free worldwide delivery on orders of £150 and over. There’s a £15 delivery fee for orders below £150. You’ll still have to pay any local taxes, duties and fees where relevant.

International delivery times will vary. As a guide, we expect that you’ll receive your order within 3-5 working days if you’re in Europe, and 5-7 working days outside of Europe.

If you need to return anything from within the UK, please follow the printed instructions enclosed with your order.
